SEASON outlook update from UCLA's Official Site_10.21.01

12 letterwinners return, including all five starters, plus three newcomers for the Bruins, who look to move up in the Pac-10 Conference after finishing in last place a year ago.

SEASON outlook from UCLA's official site

Bruins return all five starters led by senior Michelle Greco, the Pac-10s leading scorer, and junior Kristee Porter, one of the top rebounders and shot-blockers in the conference. Three freshmen join the team and are expected to make an immediate impact.

Kristee Porter, will be looked upon to help drive the Bruins back into the top half of the Pac-10 Conference. She will have to continue where she left off last season to help them get there. In her last eight games of the season, the junior forward averaged 19.5 points per game, 8.9 rebounds per game, 1.8 blocks per game and shot 50 percent from the field.
